Shipping policy

 

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address upon checkout. The Knotted Nelle does not take responsibility for orders being wrongly delivered due to the incorrect address being provided at checkout.

If you believe there may be a mistake in the shipping address you provided, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to amend your shipping address however if your order has been processed and delivery booked before you contact us, we may be unable to redirect your order.

Delivery Costs

Domestic (within Australia)

Standard Domestic Delivery - $15.95 (flat rate) for orders up to 2kg. (20 balls of yarn). After this, orders will adhere to Australia Post standard pricing.

Express Domestic Delivery - At this stage we are not offering express domestic delivery.

International (outside Australia)

International postage costs vary and are automatically calculated upon checkout based on country and weight.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, and we endeavour to have your order packed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours* of your order being placed.

Delivery times vary based on your location, and The Knotted Nelle do not take responsibility for delivery times once parcels are handed off to our shipping partner. 

*Order packing & shipping may take longer during peak sales periods.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your item/s are shipped.

All orders placed on our website are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

We use Australia Post for domestic orders and international orders.
